Why Montréal started this
In 2025, our team watched the Montréal restaurant scene struggle with an old problem: independent operators were paying $200–400/month, cumulative, for fragments of customer intelligence from separate vendors. SevenRooms for the CRM. Marsello for email + loyalty. POS add-ons for customer data. Mailchimp for marketing automation. Each one a slice. None of them honest about what they could actually prove about lift.
So we built the bundle. Customer intelligence for independent operators — per-guest profiles, cohort messaging, churn signals, and best-effort lift estimates with explicit confidence intervals — in one platform.
The unique business term: pricing begins when we can show you measurable lift — if the platform isn’t moving the needle, we haven’t earned it yet. The compounding bet: as the friend-graph reaches Montréal-wide density, Regulars becomes part of how diners decide where to go — the way Google Reviews and Resy did.
